The client is a Perth-based companytransitioning from a traditional employee-heavy model to a streamlined,subcontractor-focused operation. The business is expanding into landdevelopment and labor hire, with a strong emphasis on efficiency, technologyintegration, and AI-driven solutions. This role supports the company’stechnology initiatives, specifically app development, API integration, andoperational system improvements.

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactiveApp Developer to support multiple ongoing development projects, including MVPdelivery deadlines. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in mobileand/or web application development, API integrations, and business processautomation. You will work closely with Lindsay and the operations team todevelop, test, and deploy applications that streamline project management,communication, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

·App Development:

oDesign, develop,and deploy mobile/web applications aligned with business requirements.

oBuild and refineMVPs for three active projects, meeting agreed timelines.

oEnsurehigh-quality, scalable, and secure code.

·SystemIntegration & Automation:

oIntegrateapplications with existing business systems using APIs and webhooks.

oCollaborate withAI developers to enhance system capabilities.

oWork with SimProCRM and PlanSwift civil engineering application for seamless integration.

·Technical Support& Troubleshooting:

oProvide ongoingtechnical support for developed apps.

oDebug and resolveissues quickly to maintain operational flow.

·Collaboration& Communication:

oWork closely withLindsay (CEO) and the technical VA for requirements gathering.

oParticipate inregular update meetings and maintain clear communication channels via WhatsApp.

oDocumentdevelopment processes and provide handover notes as needed.

Qualifications & Skills Essential:

• Proven experiencein mobile and/or web application development (React Native, Flutter, Swift,Kotlin, or similar).
• Strong backendknowledge (Node.js, Python, PHP, or similar).
• Experience withAPI development and integrations.
• Familiarity withautomation tools and webhooks.
• Excellentproblem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Strong attentionto detail and commitment to deadlines.

Desirable:

• Experience withSimPro CRM, PlanSwift, or similar construction/engineering tools.
• Knowledge of AIintegration in business applications.
• Understanding ofcivil engineering or construction workflows.

• Timely deliveryof MVPs and development milestones.
• ability,security, and performance of developed applications.
• Successfulintegration of apps into existing workflows.
• Positive userfeedback from internal stakeholders.

Working Hours & Communication

• Full-time rolealigned with 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Perth time.
• Initial dailytouchpoints via WhatsApp, transitioning to weekly updates as projectsstabilize.
