The Salesforce and HubSpot Administrator role supports Everpeak Partners’ mission of helping high-growth B2B companies achieve predictable revenue by ensuring their Salesforce and HubSpot environments are consistently optimized, accurate and aligned with client needs. The Salesforce and HubSpot Administrator serves as a technical steward who keeps both CRMs functioning smoothly, cleanly and efficiently to support client operations.
The role focuses on translating business needs into clear technical actions, executing configuration work across both systems, maintaining strong data hygiene and ensuring clients experience the benefits of well-built automations and reliable reporting. As a direct contributor to system stability and operational clarity, the Administrator plays a key part in enabling clients to scale faster and make more informed decisions.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
CRM Configuration & Administration
- Build and configure Salesforce flows, custom objects, custom fields, reports & dashboards and validation rules.
- Build and configure HubSpot workflows, custom objects, custom fields, reports & dashboards and sequences.
- Translate client needs into clear technical requirements to guide configuration work.
- Implement changes consistently across both platforms to maintain system integrity.
Client Support & Requirement Translation
- Work with clients to identify explicit and unspoken needs.
- Spot gaps or opportunities the client may not recognize and propose effective solutions.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and ensure configurations function as intended.
- Maintain proactive communication via Slack and email during US hours.
Data Quality & System Hygiene
- Analyze CRM data to identify errors and irregularities.
- Execute data cleansing tasks and maintain strong data hygiene practices.
- Import and manage large sets of data for Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Validate data before and after configuration updates to prevent issues.
Project Progression & Follow-Through
- Manage assigned configuration tasks and ensure steady forward motion.
- Provide proactive follow-ups to keep client projects on track.
- Support internal testing of configurations before client review.
Requirements
KNOWLEDGE OR SKILLS NEEDED
CRM Administration
- Proficiency in Salesforce administration with hands-on experience in flows, fields, custom objects and validation rules.
- Proficiency in HubSpot administration including workflows, sequences and dashboards.
- Ability to configure core system functions accurately and consistently.
Business & Technical Translation
- Skill in translating vague or unspoken client needs into precise CRM requirements.
- Ability to foresee and suggest solutions clients may not realize they need.
Data Analysis & System Hygiene
- Competence in analyzing CRM data for cleanliness and accuracy.
- Experience performing data cleansing and importing large datasets.
Communication & Collaboration
- Clear and fluent communication in English.
- Responsiveness during US hours via Slack and email.
- Ability to maintain proactive follow-ups to sustain project momentum.
Professional Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in both Salesforce and HubSpot administration.
- Ability to commit at least 20 hours per week with capacity to scale up.
- Salesforce and HubSpot certifications are a strong advantage.
