We’re looking for a Short-Form Content Editor / Marketing Coordinator to lead the creation, editing, and distribution of our short-form social media content. If you’re skilled in video editing, content repurposing, social media strategy, and managing fast-moving content workflows—this role is for you.
About the Role
In this position, you will own the entire short-form content pipeline across platforms including YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook. You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that every piece of content reflects our brand voice, aligns with our marketing strategy, and drives engagement and growth.
This role requires a mix of creativity, storytelling, technical editing skills, and social media coordination. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple content assets at once.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit, produce, and optimize short-form video content for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and Facebook.
- Manage the content calendar, publishing schedule, and coordination of daily/weekly social media posts.
- Repurpose long-form content into high-performing short-form clips.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging, and marketing objectives.
- Monitor content performance analytics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate with internal team members (writers, designers, social media team) to streamline content workflows.
- Stay updated on short-form content trends, best practices, and platform-specific requirements.

Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in video editing, short-form content creation, or social media marketing.
- Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithm trends (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts).
- Ability to create engaging, fast-paced, scroll-stopping video content.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Strong English communication skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with brand-driven content or digital creators.
- Background in marketing coordination, campaign management, or social media strategy.
- Ability to analyze content performance and optimize for engagement and reach.
