The role involves classifying, prioritizing, and documenting requests, supporting Microsoft environments, and working onsite with diverse customers. Requirements
- Successfully completed training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification
- Good knowledge in dealing with Microsoft M365, Microsoft Entra and Exchange Online as well as support for Windows Clients and Windows Server
- Experience in hardware provisioning via Intune
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Azure and antivirus solutions
