SBIT is a modern system house seeking an IT Support 2nd Level professional to serve as a central point of contact for customers, resolving incidents and service requests quickly and reliably. The role involves classifying, prioritizing, and documenting requests, supporting Microsoft environments, and working onsite with diverse customers. SBIT offers remote work, promotes personal development, and fosters a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification
  • Good knowledge in dealing with Microsoft M365, Microsoft Entra and Exchange Online as well as support for Windows Clients and Windows Server
  • Experience in hardware provisioning via Intune
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Azure and antivirus solutions
