Sauce is seeking a proactive Remote Dispatch Agent to manage delayed and failed deliveries, coordinate with delivery partners, and ensure prompt resolution of issues in a fast-paced restaurant technology platform.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in dispatch or logistics coordination
  • Proficiency with cloud-based tools including delivery company portals, internal dashboards, HubSpot, and Slack
  • Strong written and verbal English skills
  • Ability to meticulously document and analyze delivery issues
  • Dedicated home office with a reliable high-speed internet connection and all necessary technology
