AI Engineer

Sarj.ai is hiring an AI Engineer to design and build intelligent features across our communications platform. We work in Python and TypeScript on GCP. Strong AI fundamentals highly appreciated.

What you'll do

• Build and deploy ML/AI pipelines for real-time voice and text processing

• Integrate LLMs and foundation models into production workflows

• Develop and deploy TTS (text-to-speech) and STT (speech-to-text) models

• Develop evaluation frameworks and improve model performance

• Collaborate with product and engineering to ship AI-powered features

What we're looking for

• 2+ years working with ML/AI in production

• Hands-on experience developing and deploying TTS/STT models

• Strong Python skills; TypeScript experience a plus

• Familiarity with GCP (Vertex AI, Cloud Run, BigQuery)

• Understanding of LLMs, embeddings, RAG, and prompt engineering

• Experience with real-time inference or streaming architectures preferred
