SysOps, SysAdmin

Sardina Systems is an OpenInfra software platform company based on OpenStack and Kubernetes and is looking for a Middle/Senior SysOps/System Administrator to join our team.

Tasks

**What will you do:**

• Handle deployment of our software and related software
• Design and implement components in our automation tools, extending and replacing (where necessary) current code, to update with new functionalities
• Contribute ideas for making the applications better and easier to use
• Support of deployed cloud environments

Requirements

**Your qualifications**  

Required:

• Clear understanding of fundamentals of Linux operating systems
• Experience in system administration and network administration
• Experience with physical servers management HP, Supermicro, IBM
• Experience with physical network equipment HP, Cisco, Juniper
• Experience with software/hardware storage systems and/or FibreChannel SAN
• Good knowledge of Linux virtualization systems
• Experience with log management, monitoring
• Experience with automation tools Ansible or Chef
• Knowledge of Git, Python, and Shell-script (for system operations purposes)
• Written English would be sufficient

Will be a plus:

• Experience at an ISP, hosting services operator or network operator
• Knowledge of hypervisors (such as KVM, Xen, HyperV, VMware)
• Experience with cloud management platforms such as OpenStack, GCP, AWS
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience with data center operations
• Experience with software-defined networking
