The Transplant team consists of a Solid Organ Transplant (SOT) team (Thymoglobulin) and a Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplant (HCST) team (Rezurock). This position is for the HSCT team. Main Responsibilities:

As the Agile Lead you will have a deep knowledge of HSCT and all this unique therapeutic area entails:

  • You are a field-based change agent and have a proven track record of developing and maintaining KOL relationships

  • You have the ability to gain rapid insight into key issues at the account level and build collaborative coalitions providing solutions that benefit Sanofi, our customers, and our shared patients.

  • You work closely with the sales leadership team and our highly talented sales team to garner bottom-up insights.

  • You enjoy developing innovative approaches to synergize sales efforts and lead regional projects.

  • You are a field marketer and work closely with the Brand team to provide market insights.

  • You excel at adaptability, demonstrate learning and business agility and influence without authority to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

  • You will be part of developing the Agile culture in Transplant, promoting “new ways of working” and Agile principles and practices at the Regional level.

  • The Agile Marketing Lead is expected to maintain a close working relationship with Transplant Medical, Training, Sales, Managed Care, and other stakeholder teams whenever appropriate and expedient.

  • Adapt product and marketing messages to unique customer segments

  • Identify and analyze impediments to performance locally including outside interference and guide teams towards solutions in a commercial environment, using AI and data analytics

  • Maintain clinical fluency in all assigned disease states to engage stakeholders in high-value, results-driven conversations

  • Use innovative tools and technology to enhance the learning experience and assists others with adopting new technology solutions

  • Guide commercial teams and the organization in their adoption of Agile values, principles, and techniques

  • Keep abreast of latest developments in Agile working and utilize the derived insights to continuously improve the Agile community in GenMeds

  • Encourage self-organization and enable transparency and product development flow

  • Key Account/Kol insights

  • Design and implementation of account level solutions to remove barriers

About You:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5 years of work experience in pharma, medical device, or healthcare industry
  • Experience must encompass a background in any of these: field sales, product marketing, account management, or medical/clinical background)
  • Ability to travel up to 60% to include travel to assigned accounts/meetings/trainings/programs
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

  • Experience calling on Key Opinion Leaders and physicians
  • Demonstrated ability to have high-level conversations with medical experts and thought leaders
  • Possess strong scientific acumen and ability to articulate complex scientific concepts and data
  • Innovative thinking
  • Self-directed and organized with excellent execution and planning skills
  • The ability to execute tactical initiatives, provide ongoing feedback, and prioritize multiple projects
  • Demonstrated ability to remain adaptable and agile with shifting priorities
  • Proven track record of working in a complex cross-functional environment with leadership teams which focused on transformation and complex business models
  • Proficient with MS Office, Customer Management databases
  • Overall performance ratings predictive of excellent performance on the job

The salary range for this position is:

$148,500.00 - $214,500.00
