Job Purpose: As the O2C GPE Lead Order & Commercial Conditions Management, you will oversee and strategically guide the design, updates, and continuous improvements of our core model. Your goalis to design a besz in class process, continuously improve it and ensure process alignment from the operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Core Model Leadership: Lead the design, development, maintenance, and optimization of core model processes, including order taking, acceptance, fulfillment, invoice processing, and contract maintenance.Standardization & Efficiency: Drive global standardization and operational efficiency in collaboration with regional heads and affected functions.Audit & Governance: Establish stakeholder relationships,supportaudits, and ensure adherence to core model processes.Performance Improvement: Oversee process performance across geographies and propose actions for further improvement.Project Leadership: Lead and contribute to global projects, ensuring effective implementation of core model components.Innovation & Simplification: Propose innovative solutions to simplify operations and make processes future-proof.Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships through governance and networking, ensuring alignment and support for core model initiatives.

Key Requirements:

Experience: At least 5 years of extensive process experience in Order & Commercial Conditions Management within a global, multicultural environment.Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP and familiarity with order and sales management applications.Process Knowledge: Good understanding of Order to Cash and Supply Chain E2E processes.Project Leadership: Proven experience in leading projects focused on process improvement.Interpersonal Skills: Excellent teamwork, communication, and networking abilities.Adaptability: Ability to work in ambiguous, constantly changing situations and lead remote teams.Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; knowledge of other European languages is desirable.
