**Dermatology LCM Lead,** reporting to the Dermatology TA Headwill be accountable for the pre-launch development and execution of early global marketing strategies and initiatives to support the Global launch of multiple immunology assets for the treatment of various Dermatology indications. The position requires a highly motivated individual who is able to work independently, with a strong execution focus and a global mindset.* Develop strategic input into Phase 2 / 3 developments for pre-identified indications, working in tandem with the various Asset Strategy Leads/TA Heads* Work with Global Development and Medical Affairs, ensure that key TPPs are developed develop and Integrated Evidence Generation Planning put in place to support the development* Input into Sci Comms planning for publication strategy and brand awareness generation, and participate in execution of the Dermatology TA congress strategy* Work with Commercial Excellence teams to ensure appropriate continuity/tracking of progress and generate market insights* Address key insights and proactively identify customer needs to support development plans and establish amlitelimab as the future standard of care* Work with Sanofi Launch Excellence resources to optimize launch planning* Prepare multichannel approaches to amplify the customer experience including digital strategy* Communicate closely with Strategy & Marketing Operations, and with agency partners, to ensure appropriate planning, tracking and. development of early brand plan.* Teamwork ability within and outside of the company as indicated by a track record of effectively and consistently delivering against performance whilst being part of a matrixed team.* Natural inclination for teamwork and ability to contribute constructively to discussions beyond the strict scope of responsibility* Ability to work in a complex matrix organization* Influencing/ interpersonal / communication skills: ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a wide range of external and diverse internal stakeholders.* A good level of cultural sensitivity and awareness will be important.* Innovative problem-solving: able to take creative approaches to problem solving and challenge the status quo where needed* Bachelor's degree, MBA or other advanced degree preferred* 5 or more years of pharmaceutical commercial experience* Demonstrated success working in a matrixed environment* Pre-launch experience preferred but not required* Global marketing / biologics / experience preferred but not required* Bring the miracles of science to life alongside a supportive, future-focused team.* Discover endless opportunities to grow your talent and drive your career, whether it’s through a promotion or lateral move, at home or internationally.* Enjoy a thoughtful, well-crafted rewards package that recognizes your contribution and amplifies your impact.* Take good care of yourself and your family, with a wide range of health and wellbeing benefits including high-quality healthcare, prevention and wellness programs and at least 14 weeks’ gender-neutral parental leave.
