Case Manager - Bilingual position available at Samaritan Daytop Village, a nationally recognized comprehensive Health and Human Services Agency. The Case Manager will aid clients requiring social service assistance, formulate Independent Living Plans, and locate community resources. Work schedule is 4pm to 12am, hourly rate is $25.00, and non-profit staff can work from anywhere.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalency and 2+ years of case management experience
  • Associate Degree with 1-2 years of case management experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree with at least 1 year of case management experience
