We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer (7+ years of experience) to lead and evolve our cloud infrastructure, automation, and deployment pipelines. This person will ensure our systems are scalable, reliable, and secure, partnering closely with development teams to enable efficient and high-quality software delivery.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support rapid and reliable deployment processes.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), ensuring high availability and performance.
- Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
- Develop automation for provisioning, configuration, and system monitoring to reduce manual effort.
- Implement and maintain containerization and orchestration solutions such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production systems, ensuring reliability and proper incident response.
- Improve observability by managing monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to establish and enforce DevOps best practices.
- Strengthen security through proper secrets management, access controls, and secure deployments.
- Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to production issues when necessary.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
- Proven expertise working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Solid understanding of Linux administration, networking, and security best practices.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes or alternative orchestration platforms.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging platforms (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK, etc.).
- Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (Python, Bash, Go, etc.).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
