Project Manager Web/Cloud

We’re looking for a Project Manager with a strong background in web and mobile application development and cloud-based ecosystems (excluding automotive projects). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading distributed, remote-first teams, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client goals.

In this role, you’ll:

• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial planning through execution and delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers across different time zones.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical action items and timelines.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring transparent and consistent communication.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and remove blockers to keep the team focused and on track.
• Continuously improve project workflows and communication strategies in a remote setting.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Project Management within tech companies or software development environments.
• Proven experience managing web, mobile, and cloud-based projects.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
• Demonstrated ability to manage remote, cross-functional teams effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Comfortable working across time zones and handling asynchronous communication.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, Slack, and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable with fast-paced environments and ambiguity.
