Field Services Engineer

Field Services Engineer responsible for identifying customer program requirements, providing product information, and leading customer engagements. Collaborates with Sales and Program Management teams to grow the business while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5 years of prior relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or combination of education and experience
• Active security clearance or ability to obtain a security clearance (Secret)
• Ability to perform under minimal supervision remotely
• Demonstrated track record utilizing superior customer service skills
• Ability to handle complex problems with analytical thinking skills
• Ability to travel domestically as needed (30%)
