We are currently looking for a passionate and enthusiastic AI Platform Engineer to join our team.

Role Purpose
In this role, you will design and develop the internal infrastructure that powers scalable, secure, and reusable AI capabilities across our platforms and customer-facing solutions.
You’ll be responsible for building SDKs, orchestration frameworks, and developer tools that accelerate AI innovation and enable teams across the business to deliver high-impact solutions efficiently and consistently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop modular, well-documented SDKs and internal tooling to support AI development and deployment.
  • Build orchestration frameworks for LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Sales to understand requirements and deliver robust solutions.
  • Implement observability and audit tooling to ensure transparency and traceability in AI systems.
  • Maintain versioning and documentation standards for internal tools and frameworks.
  • Stay current with emerging AI technologies and contribute to experimentation and continuous improvement.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Strong proficiency in Python for backend and AI development.
  • Hands-on experience with LangChain, LLM orchestration, and RAG pipelines.
  • Proven track record deploying solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Microsoft Azure.
  • Familiarity with observability, audit frameworks, and prompt engineering.
  • Expertise in SDK design, including modularity, version control, and documentation best practices.
