Director of Technology | $150K-$175K + Remote + Bonus + Profit Sharing | Technol

We are seeking a Director of Technology to lead the evolution of our technology ecosystem and support our company's next phase of growth. This is a technology leadership role within a lean, operational business.

Requirements

• Define and execute the company's technology roadmap.
• Own and evolve system architecture to support operational efficiency and scalability.
• Design and manage integrations across systems that support logistics operations, finance, and customer workflows.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
• Drive end-to-end change management for system implementations and enhancements.
• Develop and execute strategies to ensure strong user adoption across operational teams.
• Ensure systems are reliable, secure, and capable of supporting business growth.
• Lead and mentor a small internal technology team.
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, finance, and leadership.
• Occasionally engage with clients on technical capabilities and system-driven improvements.
