Requirements
- 8-12+ years of workforce solutions, staffing, or talent services sales
- Proven experience selling enterprise services such as RPO, embedded recruiting, staffing, or workforce outsourcing
- Demonstrated success closing $500K-$2M+ services deals
- Experience working with enterprise HR and talent acquisition leaders
- Strong consultative sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
