Requirements
- Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and other billing information to customers.
- Review estimates to verify the parts for customer quotes are correct and all pricing is in line with the quote.
- Make sure all parts are billed on service repair order.
- Prepare quotes and submit invoices to customers, ensuring the right information is on the invoice.
- Ensure customers are billed correctly for the services provided.
- Coordinate with other departments as needed to ensure the accuracy of billing information.
- Utilize Salesforce.com as the primary tool to manage assigned Quote queue, responding to incoming quote requests from customers in a timely manner.
