The Strategic Communications group is seeking an experienced Finance professional to support a growing business area within the Modernization Portfolio. This position requires an individual who possesses overall business knowledge and can support frequent financial reviews with management, as well as be comfortable interfacing with lead engineers and other cross functional organizations such as Contracts, Accounting, Supply Chain, and all levels of leadership.
This position will be an integrated part of a fast-paced finance team where strategic thinking, multitasking and individual initiative are key requirements.
Remote: This is a remote-based position supporting our Marlborough, MA location.
What You Will Do:
Work closely with the program teams to influence all financial aspects of the programs including: program maintenance, control of cost/schedule, EVMS compliance, cash receipts, initiating and tracking billings, IOTs, Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), quarterly EACs, Gate 5s, and any required internal/external monthly, quarterly reporting, utilizing the full complement of program controls tools (Business Warehouse, SAP/APEX, Rplan, EDIT+, PMX)
Be a technical analysis focal point for Control Account Managers (CAMs) and the Program Office to support the development of various program funding profiles, sales outlooks, billing projections, and Variance Analysis Reports (VARs)
Provide support for ad hoc data reporting as well as participating in senior level projects and product-line initiatives
Interact with and influence individuals at every level of the Financial and Program Office organizations
Handle a high volume of priorities and maintain on time delivery
Present complex information to all levels of management
This position will support an Eastern Time Zone
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
Program Controls experience with data analysis, reporting and/or process improvement
Proficient in APEX EV and working knowledge of the SAP functions
Strong computer skills, which include a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel functions (Pivot Tables, Lookups, etc.)
Professional experience of applied EVMS principles
Experience with RPlan or other financial forecasting tools
Experience with Estimate at Completes (EACs) and EDIT+
Qualifications We Prefer:
Raytheon EVMS Certification and experience in EVMS baselining, implementation, maintenance and surveillance
Financial controls experience relative to multiple contract types
Understanding of Raytheon financial and accounting policies and procedures
Experience with Raytheon Program Management (PMX) Tool Suite
Experience with external reporting, and customer interactions (IPMR, CFSR)

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
