The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:
The RTX Enterprise Services Organization is seeking an innovative, creative, detailed and data focused team member with expertise using SharpCloud, to join our SharpCloud Center of Excellence. This new team is providing governance, guidance, technical support, and thought leadership for the Enterprise Services digital team responsible for the technical solution aspects of the SharpCloud deployment at RTX by Enterprise Services. This role requires technical proficiency, data insights, creative problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills.
What You Will Do:
Perform as a SharpCloud Subject Matter Expert for the Enterprise Center of Excellence (CoE) team.
Provide support to the SharpCloud Solution Architect, the CoE team leader, Program Manager as we implement SharpCloud solutions and stories. Working with your leadership and your digital team partners, shape and define SharpCloud stories that ensure compliance and integrity of the solutions, the data, and deliver the desired results for the Enterprise Solution offering.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for system configurations, processes, and best practices as governed by the CoE.
Lead the testing and validation of proposed stories and ensure they meet business requirements while aligning with the CoE recommendations and best practices.
Support the SharpCloud Solution Architect in the design and development of the appropriate sustainment model for the strategic program templates supported by the CoE (for example, CORE Control Room templates)
Support the SharpCloud Solution Architect in the definition of the onboarding playbook (basic requirements) for any new user – training, certifications, template scope, initial access etc.
Coordinate with the RTX Enterprise Services Shared Services digital support team to ensure platform software maintenance is timely, compliance is maintained, incident tickets are managed.
Plan for continuous innovation, learning, and development within the platform through training opportunities made available through the CoE to enable ongoing, agile innovation for the platform and its consumers.
Travel possible, up to 20%.
Qualification You Must Have:
Typically requires a degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), or Management Information Systems and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum of 1 years’ experience.
2+ years working experience and knowledge of Project Management / BI tools, comfortable with data analytics / data modeling tools and concepts.
Ability to drive innovation and process efficiency within complex data modeling and visualization platforms.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Programming experience in HTML or JSON formats, Python, C++, SQL, experience with Microsoft Productivity Suite (SharePoint, Power Apps, Dataverse), Power BI, Tableau
Certifications – RTX CORE, SharpCloud, SAFe; Experience using SAFe Agile framework, JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow
Working knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools to enable quality insights and actionable decision making.
Excellent facilitation and strategic thinking skills, initiative / self-starter: able to execute within strategic vision with motivation and resiliency.
Detail oriented with the ability to appropriately balance priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
Understanding of Global Trade policies and how to access support in this key area.
2+ years’ proven experience working directly with/administering SharpCloud as a SharpCloud Solution Architect.

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
