We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer who thrives on understanding problems before jumping into solutions. This is a high-visibility, customer-facing role—you’ll be directly representing our design vision to customers, at industry events, and within the company.
Requirements
- 6+ years of UX design experience
- 2+ years in a lead or senior leadership capacity
- Portfolio that includes both consumer and enterprise case studies
- Experience facilitating workshops, design thinking sessions, and cross-functional brainstorms
- Experience representing a company in customer-facing engagements and at events
- Skilled in user research methodologies and translating findings into actionable strategies
- Strong communicator and facilitator
- Familiarity with modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Framer, Lovable, etc.)
- Ability to travel for customer research, events, and collaborative sessions
