RoomPriceGenie is a startup that helps hoteliers achieve optimal pricing. We're looking for a Global Payroll & Benefits Specialist to manage payroll across our fully remote, international team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing multi-country payroll operations
- Hands-on experience with Deel, Remote, Papaya Global, or similar global payroll platforms
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations, taxes, and statutory benefits across regions (EMEA, Americas, or APAC)
- Proven experience managing external vendors and resolving complex payroll matters
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and accountability
- Clear communication skills and comfort working across global teams and time zones
- Degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field
- C2-level proficiency in English
- Currently based in Europe or within a similar CET timezone
