Security Solutions Architect

The Security Solution Architect partners with the sales team to design and deliver security driven solutions that accelerate customer success and revenue growth. They translate complex business requirements into scalable architectures leveraging key IBM Z security principles, architectures and policies.

Requirements

• 15+ years experience managing security controls through RACF, ACF2, Top Secret
• Experience with modernisation initiatives integrating mainframe security with hybrid/multi-cloud and zero-trust architectures
• Ownership & successful implementation of security roadmap and new technology adoption into a mainframe environment, within banking, financial services, insurance or similar industry
• Proven track record of extensive, successful projects in a technical pre-sales remit for top global banks, financial services institutions or similar industry
• Extensive background in security policies, encryption standards, encryption, privileged access management and vulnerability management in an IBMZ environment
• Lead and developed strategies for risk assessments, security reviews, and ESM conversions for mainframe assets
