ClientCircle is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads to grow our customer base.

This individual will be a key contributor to our sales team's success, driving revenue by communicating the value of our product/service, qualifying prospects and setting up sales opportunities.

This role will not only generate and nurture leads to help grow our customer base, but also work hand in hand with the marketing team to assist in the execution of marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and sales.

  • Outreach and Prospecting: Reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and other innovative channels. Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.
  • Lead Generation: Generate and screen potential leads for the sales team by qualifying prospects as per our product/service requirements.
  • Networking: Use social media, events and other networking opportunities to increase company visibility and generate new leads.
  • Customer Engagement: Establish initial contact and maintain follow-up communication with potential clients to a demo appointment stage.
  • CRM & SEP Management: Use CRM & SEP tools to record and track progress with each lead. Update customer data and provide regular reports to the sales team.
  • Sales Team Support: Coordinate with the sales team to move prospects through the pipeline and reach sales goals. Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales team members.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify new market opportunities and consumer trends. Stay informed about competitor products and services.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree.
  2. Prior work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role preferred.
  3. Prefer a candidate who holds hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls and prospecting).
  4. Track record of achieving sales quotas.
  5. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot).
  6. Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts).
  7. Understanding of sales and marketing performance metrics.
  8. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  9. Ability to work independently.
  10. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  11. Self-starter and problem solver.
