TR2 - FullStack Node-React Developer

Full-Stack Software Engineer6-month contract · 40 hrs/week · Remote

We're looking for a senior full-stack engineer to join a fast-moving product team building AI-powered tools for cultural intelligence. You'll work on an insights engine, script analysis features, and a contractor management system — owning features end-to-end from schema design to deployed UI, shipping from day one.

What you'll do

• Ship complete features: design data models, build APIs, implement UI, and write tests
• Build AI-powered tools for cultural analysis, document processing, and content localization
• Integrate with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini) and observability tools like Langfuse
• Help redesign existing tools into a unified chat interface with tool-calling capabilities

What we're looking for

• 9+ years shipping production web applications that real users depend on
• Ability to architect and build complete systems from database to UI — no handoffs needed
• Strong track record with React + TypeScript and Node.js/Express
• Comfortable making technical decisions independently and owning the outcome

Nice to have

• Supabase or similar BaaS platforms
• Vector databases / pgvector and semantic search
• LLM integration and prompt engineering experience
• Document processing pipelines (PDF, Google Docs, etc.)
