As the RSS Readiness Manager, EMEA you will support post-RAMP readiness of an affiliate, representing both RSS (Roche Service & Solutions Centers) and ASPIRE project (focusing on implementing SAP S4/HANA) interests. You will report to the Budapest Site Leadership Team or the Global Function Head on an interim basis. As part of the ASPIRE Wave Deployment Team and Site SPOC community, you will drive successful business transformation by connecting teams, engaging RSS-staff, collaborating across sites, and standardizing processes & systems.

Your Opportunity:

  • Delivering, reviewing, and refining the RSS - wave plan in collaboration with Global to ensure alignment with site complexities and scope.

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for project teams at region, or at site levels.

  • Ensuring the establishment of local deployment governance and communication structures in partnership with the CCA, SSC site LT, and ASPIRE Regional Deployment Teams.

  • Ensuring that deployment objectives meet the site's expectations

  • Collaborating with Quality assurance / Compliance Leads to monitor quality assurance, compliance, deliverable acceptance, and sign-off processes.

  • Mobilizing the local project team in alignment with the Go-Live and Ramp-Up plan.

  • Reviewing the impact and feasibility of any proposed workarounds for RSS

Who you are:

  • Background in Business, Finance, or Accounting, with a preference for candidates with a Master's degree.

  • Experience in Project Management or IT Accounting/Finance projects.

  • Previous involvement in Finance/Accounting processes within a shared services environment.

  • Proven track record of delivering results with a focus on execution.

  • Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to thrive and perform effectively under pressure

  • Fluent in English language both in written & spoken
