The role - your passion

In 5 hours per week here at roadsurfer:

• You’ll be the go-to person for managing office access for our Roadsurfer Spain (RSF) team, making sure everyone has what they need to work comfortably and securely.

• You’ll keep our workspace running smoothly by ordering office supplies and making sure we’re always stocked with the essentials.

• You’ll take care of our team’s well-being by organizing snacks, drinks, and good coffee

• Every few months, you’ll bring the team together by planning fun and meaningful events like breakfasts or small celebrations.

• You’ll be our point of contact with the co-working space, ensuring everything from maintenance to meeting rooms is sorted.

• You’ll help create a great work environment by supporting internal communication, creating team surveys, and staying connected with our team in Barcelona.

What you need to surf the wave with us

• Proven experience in office administration or facility management, ideally in a co-working or dynamic team environment.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to coordinate team events, manage supplies, and maintain a well-functioning office space.

• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, both written and verbal, to liaise with internal teams and external partners (e.g., co-working space providers).

• Proactive and service-oriented mindset, with a hands-on attitude and attention to detail in ensuring a positive day-to-day employee experience.

This position is set for roughly 5 hours per week.
