Job Summary

This role is responsible for overseeing the analysis, design, development, and implementation of applications within Rich Products. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. This role plays a critical role in driving innovation and continuous improvement in application development processes and technologies.

Key Accountabilities and Outcomes

• Provide technical expertise and guidance in the development and implementation of applications
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Design, develop, and maintain applications and systems
  • Perform system testing and debugging to ensure functionality and performance
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for application issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in application development

Knowledge, Experience and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or equivalent
  • 5-7 years of experience as an Application Analyst or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of application development methodologies and best practices
  • Experience with leading and managing a team of application analysts
  • Expertise in analyzing and troubleshooting complex application issues
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python
  • Experience with database management systems and SQL
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

COMPENSATION

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

Annual Range/Hourly Rate

$108,960.00 - $163,440.00
