As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving go-to-market strategy and execution to expand Rhombus' footprint in the United Kingdom and other international markets. This role will build compelling and customer-centric messaging as well as solution-driven narratives specific to local market needs, which will drive our top-of-funnel strategy. This role will serve as the voice of the customer for future investments catering to international needs. You will also partner closely with our Head of International Sales to drive product adoption by crafting and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, and supporting sales enablement.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end GTM strategy for new international markets, including customer and market research, messaging, positioning, persona development and sales enablement
- Collaborate closely with the core marketing team based in the United States to leverage and optimize content and campaigns for regional needs and activation
- Create content and narratives that showcase Rhombus’s value proposition and differentiators including presentations, one-pagers, customer-facing videos, and sales enablement.
- Lead creative, multi-channel marketing campaigns that resonate with external audiences and drive lead generation and pipeline growth
- Serve as the voice of sales and customers to inform product roadmap and features
- Embody core company values of deep customer focus, one team, thinking greater, and acting with integrity
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of relevant experience in product marketing, solution marketing, product management, or go-to-market strategy
- Experience in B2B marketing, especially in creating messaging or driving sales enablement
- Experience running demand generation campaigns such as webinars and email nurtures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You’re comfortable presenting to internal and external audiences (large and small) and are an expert at creating and editing everything from pithy emails to detailed launch plans to researched white papers and more
- You’re a self-starter who is not afraid to execute and get in the weeds; detail-oriented, yet can think big picture; analytical, yet creative
- Ability to synthesize and distill complex information into clear, concise messaging for different audiences
- Strong cross-functional leader – you have on-the-job experience managing and communicating complex projects with many stakeholders
- Creative thinker who can generate new ideas and experiments and execute innovative “breakout” marketing ideas
