Head of AI

Rex is seeking a Head of AI to lead a full-scale AI transformation across its ecosystem, spanning technology, investment, and real estate. The ideal candidate is highly technical and deeply operational, with 5 to 10 years of experience in software engineering, data, AI, or technical operations roles, and a proven track record of building or deploying AI agents, automations, or LLM-powered workflows in real business environments.

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in software engineering, data, AI, or technical operations roles with increasing ownership and scope
• Deep hands-on experience with modern AI tools and platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, or similar frameworks
• Proven track record of building or deploying AI agents, automations, or LLM-powered workflows in real business environments
• Strong technical foundation with proficiency in Python, APIs, and working with data pipelines and integrations
