About The Role

In addition to our educational initiatives, we operate a full-funnel digital marketing agency focused on effective, data-driven, and result-oriented services. We create digital marketing campaigns and online marketing strategies using paid ads and organic channels by analyzing historical data, providing in-depth competitor research, proposing execution plans, standardized reporting, and regular optimization.

As an SEO Executive in RevoU Agency, you will play a critical role in improving our organic search rankings, driving organic traffic to both our clients' and our own internal sites, and ultimately boosting lead generation and conversion rates. Your responsibilities will include managing client, conducting comprehensive SEO audits, developing keyword strategies, optimizing content, and building high-quality backlinks.

Key Responsibilities in this role:

• Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify high-traffic, relevant keywords.
• Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
• Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, and images, for search engines.
• Perform regular technical SEO audits to identify and fix issues affecting site performance, crawlability, and indexability.
• Monitor and analyze website analytics and SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
• Develop and execute link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks.
• Collaborate with content creators to produce SEO-friendly content and ensure consistent content updates.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
• Provide detailed SEO reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting progress and areas for improvement.
• Enhance user experience through UX improvements and clear calls-to-action (CTAs).

Requirements

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role: you have hands-on experience applying SEO concepts in real-world scenarios to drive organic growth. You are familiar with different SEO tools that will be key in performing comprehensive SEO audits, tracking performance, and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis and performance/operation metrics: you are adept at analyzing data, identifying trends, and making informed decisions to optimize digital presence which is crucial for measuring strategy effectiveness and making necessary adjustments to maximize results.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills: effective communication is key to collaborating with team members, clients, and stakeholders. You should be able to articulate ideas clearly, provide comprehensive reports, and create compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent project management and multitasking skills: our dynamic and collaborative work environment requires the ability to manage multiple projects, work autonomously, and collaborate effectively. Strong project management skills are essential for prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and ensuring high-quality delivery for both client and internal projects.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities: SEO involves innovating and finding unique solutions to challenges. Your creative thinking and problem-solving skills will help us develop standout strategies and achieve exceptional results that are crucial in overcoming obstacles and meeting ambitious goals, benefiting both our clients and our internal platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in SEO from recognized institutions.
• Experience with local SEO and optimizing for specific geographic regions.
• Familiarity with structured data (Schema Markup) and its implementation.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
