The Enterprise Account Manager for APAC is responsible for driving adoption and usage of Revizto across a portfolio of named Enterprise customers. The primary objective of the role is to grow Monthly Active Users (MAU), strengthen customer outcomes, and protect long-term retention by ensuring Revizto becomes embedded in the customer's workflows.
Requirements
- Residing and authorized to work in Australia
- Proven experience managing and growing B2B SaaS customers in an Enterprise environment
- Experience in AECO, BIM, and complex project environments
- Strong track record driving adoption metrics (usage, active users, stickiness) and leading structured account plans
- Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and building sponsorship by presenting a clear value story supported by metrics
- Able to run high-quality business conversations with a KPI mindset, including Executive QBRs and value reviews
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen, stay concise, and adapt to technical and executive audiences
- Highly organised, disciplined with CRM hygiene, and comfortable working with data to guide priorities and actions
- Performance focused, highly organised, and comfortable managing both a strategic account base and long Enterprise sales cycles
- Collaborative, proactive and credible; you work well with Marketing, Industry Consultants, and Enterprise Sales Executives
- Ethical and trusted; you represent the Company's values, protect its reputation, and are coachable and open to feedback
- Comfortable working in a remote, international organisation and collaborating across time zones and cultures
- Willing to spend significant time in the field with customers, including travel to offices, project sites, and industry events when needed
