We're seeking an Audit Reviewer to ensure the accuracy and quality of audits across multiple types, including workers' compensation and general liability. As an Audit Reviewer, you'll apply your knowledge of audit guidelines and state-specific rules to evaluate completed audits, determine outcomes, and provide mentoring and feedback to support auditor development.
Requirements
- Review and validate Workers' Compensation and General Liability audits for accuracy, compliance, and consistency.
- Achieve individual productivity targets based on audit volume and timeliness.
- Identify auditor trends or recurring issues and share insights to inform training adjustments.
- Maintain accountability for accurate and timely audit reviews.
- Apply manual rules and state-specific standards using internal systems such as Nexus and the resource library.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentoring to auditors to reduce repeat errors and support professional growth.
- Manage assigned audit queues, meet production goals, and complete urgent or overflow reviews as needed.
- Collaborate with Field Support, QA, and leadership teams to identify training opportunities and support continuous process improvement.
- Promote teamwork, professionalism, and a positive, solution-oriented culture.
