Germany onlyREPLUG is looking for a Snr. Business Development Manager for our Performance Ads business to identify and close Tier 1 mobile apps across EMEA and the US.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in AdTech, affiliate networks, or performance marketing sales
- Experience selling performance-based advertising solutions is mandatory
- Strong understanding of mobile user acquisition and performance marketing
- Proven track record in closing deals
- Ability to generate pipeline independently
- Experience working with mobile apps, advertisers, or UA teams
- Strong understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate autonomously
- Fluent English required
- Any other European languages are a plus (preferred German, French, or Spanish)
