Requirements
- Solid technical understanding and background in software development
- Experience with development teams, especially in the backend area
- Familiarity with best practices such as DDD, BDD, XP, CI/CD, testing strategies, and definition of ready/done
- Knowledge of Kanban and experience in its practical application in software teams
- Fluency in German and English
