Renuity is hiring an Onboarding Coordinator (Temp to Perm) to support high-volume hiring across our divisions. This role is critical to ensuring all new hires are accurately and efficiently onboarded within our systems—driving payroll readiness, data integrity, compliance, and Day 1 readiness.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years experience in HR / onboarding coordination or HRIS or system-based administrative work
- High-volume, detail-oriented operational roles
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (ADP preferred)
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance
- Ability to manage high-volume transactional work with strong follow-through
- Strong communication skills and ability to partner cross-functionally
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system/data issues efficiently
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
