We are looking for an experienced HubSpot Specialist to lead CRM strategy, implementation, and client engagement. The ideal candidate has strong experience across multiple HubSpot Hubs and a deep understanding of revenue operations (RevOps) in B2B environments.
Requirements
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on HubSpot solutions and CRM strategy.
- Lead end-to-end HubSpot implementations across Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs.
- Evaluate client tech stacks and design scalable HubSpot-centred architectures.
- Plan and execute CRM migrations, integrations, and system enhancements.
- Develop and optimise sales pipelines, marketing automation, and reporting frameworks.
- Build workflows, custom objects, dashboards, and advanced automations.
- Manage and maintain data integrity, governance, and system performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client projects successfully.
- Provide training and documentation for client stakeholders.
- Monitor performance, analyse data, and recommend continuous improvements.
