Overview
We are looking for a creative and highly organized Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our online presence. This role will focus on Google Ads and Instagram, with responsibilities covering content creation, posting, community management, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in delivering engaging content that drives results.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for Instagram and other social platforms.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including posting, responding to messages and comments, and community engagement.
- Develop and run Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, optimization, and performance tracking.
- Monitor social media analytics and ad performance to adjust strategies and improve results.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing objectives and campaigns.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Digital Marketer, or similar role.
- Solid knowledge of Google Ads, Instagram growth strategies, and content best practices.
- Strong skills in graphic design tools or content creation apps (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools).
- Excellent written communication and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to analyze data and create performance reports.
- Highly organized, creative, and able to meet deadlines.
