Job Description: Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and support our end-to-end hiring process. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates—particularly those who are qualified and ready to transition into remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Screen and evaluate applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to ensure applicant fit.
- Follow up with applicants promptly and maintain consistent communication.
- Utilize Apploi and our in-house recruitment system to track candidates and manage the hiring pipeline.
- Source talents across multiple platforms and identify individuals suited for remote work setups.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records and recruitment reports.
Requirements
- Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is required.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end hiring processes.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as Apploi (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess candidate qualifications quickly and accurately.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple vacancies at once.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment.
