Philippines onlyWe are looking for a Real Estate Property Manager who will responsible for managing all aspects of assigned properties, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, budgeting, and compliance. The ideal candidate is customer service-oriented, detail-focused, experienced in real estate operations and experienced in Appfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties.
- Manage tenant relations, including lease agreements, move-ins/move-outs, and dispute resolution.
- Ensure timely rent collection, invoicing, and lease renewals.
- Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and vendor services.
- Conduct property inspections to ensure lease compliance and safety standards.
- Prepare and manage property budgets, financial reports, and expense tracking.
- Advertise and market vacant properties on rental platforms and social media.
- Enforce lease terms and manage evictions or legal proceedings if necessary.
- Ensure compliance with local real estate laws, fair housing regulations, and building codes.
- Maintain accurate records using property management software (Appfolio)
Requirements
- Experience in property management, real estate, or leasing.
- Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws, fair housing regulations, and lease agreements.
- Proficiency in property management software APPFOLIO
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Experience handling rent collection, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties efficiently.
