This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and experience with logistics software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and maintain logistics data in the company's databases and systems.
- Update order information, shipping details, and inventory levels in real-time.
- Verify and cross-reference data for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in generating reports related to shipping, inventory levels, and order fulfillment.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies promptly to ensure the integrity of logistics operations.
- Support the logistics team in administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding any data-related issues, updates, or changes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably within logistics or supply chain environments.
- Strong familiarity with logistics software and tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP and formulas), and other MS Office applications.
- Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
