Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Conduct outbound and inbound calls to golf enthusiasts, clubs, and retailers, presenting products in a knowledgeable and persuasive manner.
• Sales Conversion: Drive product sales by identifying customer needs, matching them with solutions, and closing deals.
• Golf Expertise: Leverage personal experience and understanding of golf to build credibility and trust with customers.
• Relationship Building: Maintain long-term customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up.

🎓 Qualifications

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Prior experience in phone sales, telesales, or customer service is an advantage.
• Demonstrated passion for golf — must be an active player, not just a casual range golfer.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong verbal communication skills with clear, professional articulation.
• Ability to engage customers with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Proven sales skills: persuasion, negotiation, and closing.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and call-tracking tools.
