We are seeking a Civil Engineer to join our product development team. This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives on transforming ideas into reality, combining technical expertise with creative problem-solving. The Civil Engineer will play a key role in evaluating product strength, supporting design innovation, and ensuring structural integrity across new product lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Structural Analysis & Calculations: Perform strength and stress calculations to ensure product safety, durability, and compliance with engineering standards.
• Product Design Support: Collaborate with designers and engineers to bring innovative product concepts to life, from initial sketches to final production.
• Technical Documentation: Create and maintain detailed cut sheets, technical drawings, and engineering reports.
• 3D Modeling & CAD Work: Develop and refine STEP files and other CAD models for manufacturing and prototyping.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and manufacturing teams to align engineering solutions with business goals.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance product performance, reduce costs, and optimize materials.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure all designs meet industry codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards.

🎓 Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or eligibility is an advantage.
• 2–5 years of experience in product design, structural analysis, or related engineering fields.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of structural mechanics, materials science, and load-bearing calculations.
• Experience with creating STEP files and technical cut sheets.
• Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements.

Soft Skills
