Bookkeeper

We are looking for a proficient Bookkeeper (Remote) to manage our financial records with accuracy and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate bookkeeping and accounting workflows, facilitating financial reporting, and ensuring timely processing of financial transactions. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and experience using accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Record financial transactions in accounting software (QuickBooks, FreshBooks, etc.).
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements monthly.
• Prepare and process invoices and payments.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Monitor cash flow and identify discrepancies to resolve issues promptly.
• Support year-end closings and audits as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on accounting regulations and best practices.

Requirements

• 1 year of bookkeeping experience (remote experience is a plus).
