AI Automation Specialist - Recruitment Sector

You’ll work closely with recruitment consultants and leadership teams to identify opportunities for automation across sourcing, engagement, and onboarding processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, implement, and optimise AI-powered recruitment tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Zapier, LinkedIn AI, Make.com)
• Automate repetitive processes such as outreach, screening, follow-ups, and data entry
• Work collaboratively with recruiters to understand challenges and develop scalable automation solutions
• Manage integrations between ATS, CRM, and third-party platforms to improve workflow efficiency
• Track and report on automation performance, including time savings and ROI
• Ensure all solutions are implemented with data privacy and ethical standards in mind (e.g. GDPR compliance)
• Provide training and support to team members on automation tools and usage
• Stay up to date with innovations in AI, machine learning, and recruitment tech

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a recruitment automation, talent operations, or tech implementation role
• Strong understanding of recruitment platforms, workflows, and automation best practices
• Practical experience using tools such as Zapier, Make.com (Integromat), ChatGPT, or RPA solutions
• Knowledge of CRM and ATS systems (e.g. Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Workable) and how to integrate them
• Technically capable – familiar with APIs, data flows, and low-code/no-code solutions
• Analytical thinker with experience reporting on performance metrics and automation outcomes
• Strong communication skills and ability to train non-technical team members
