We are looking for an AI Builder & Customer Success Engineer who can bridge technical execution with client-facing support. This role blends AI systems building, workflow automation, and hands-on customer enablement. You will design and deploy AI-powered solutions, implement integrations, and guide customers through onboarding and long-term adoption.

What You’ll Work On
AI Build and Development
- Build, test, and refine AI-driven workflows using tools such as Make, Zapier, and custom automation logic
- Develop and improve AI agents for voice and chat powered by LLMs like ChatGPT, Claude, and similar APIs
- Connect AI workflows to CRMs, databases, billing systems, and internal tools
- Work with APIs, webhooks, and JavaScript to create scalable logic and intelligent flow behavior
- Troubleshoot issues across multi-system integrations and ensure stability and reliability
Customer Success Engineering
- Lead customers through onboarding, configuration, and go-live processes
- Support integration work such as data mapping, CRM setup, and AI agent configuration
- Serve as the primary technical partner for customer usage, adoption, and retention
- Translate customer problems into actionable AI workflows and platform enhancements
- Produce clear documentation, diagrams, SOPs, and technical guides
- Provide performance insights, workflow analytics, and recommendations for improvement
Process and System Improvements
- Improve onboarding systems, templates, and internal handoff workflows
- Build internal SOPs and scalable processes for customer implementation
- Partner with product and engineering teams to deliver structured customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement
What You Bring
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Implementation, or Client Onboarding within SaaS or AI-related environments
- Strong working knowledge of Make, Zapier, or other low-code automation platforms
- Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and connecting multiple external systems
- Hands-on experience building AI workflows, LLM integrations, or AI agents for chat or voice
- Strong understanding of workflow logic, system architecture, and automation design
- Proficient in JavaScript for custom steps inside automation tools
- Excellent communication skills with a clear and structured approach
- Strong project management capability, able to run multiple onboarding tracks in parallel
- Proactive, resourceful, and confident navigating fast-paced and ambiguous environments
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI voice tools such as Vapi, ElevenLabs, Twilio, Decagon, or Aircall
- Background integrating HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio, or other CRM systems
- Familiarity with Airtable, Google Sheets, Notion, or internal database automations
- Ability to create training videos, process documentation, or workflow diagrams
- Experience working in startup or early-stage environments
