As an Inside Sales Representative (Closer), you will play a pivotal role in driving new business and expanding our client base, working remotely within a supportive, high-performance sales environment. You will conduct high-volume outbound phone calls to engage prospects and close sales, and participate in ongoing coaching, training, and call reviews to continuously improve performance.
Requirements
- Conducting high-volume outbound phone calls using provided leads to engage prospects and close sales
- Following a proven sales process and scripts to qualify prospects, handle objections, and secure deals
- Maintaining accurate records of dispositions, opportunities, and follow-ups in the CRM to ensure a clean sales pipeline
- Meeting daily and weekly KPIs, including dials, talk time, contacts, and closes
