Senior Product Manager

Requirements

• At least five years of product management experience, with a track record of shipping and owning products at scale
• Proven ability to take ownership of a product area and influence broader strategy
• Strong data competency with the ability to self-serve metrics and write basic SQL queries to support decision making
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills: you bring clarity and inspire conviction across engineering, design, and business stakeholders
• Experience working closely with engineering and design as part of a leadership trifecta to deliver polished, high-quality experiences
• Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to ensure effective launches and adoption
• Comfort working in ambiguous environments while bringing structure and clarity where needed
• Experimental & curious in your approach to product management (i.e. tooling, processes etc)
• Bonus Points: Have experience in fintech products, You’ve joined a company at its early stages and have seen it through scale, You have experience working in a fintech startup, Are familiar with risk/fraud tools or credit underwriting frameworks
