Regenified was founded in 2022 by the pioneers of regenerative agriculture. Our founders are known and recognized as the leading figures and guardians for regenerative agriculture and its journey to mainstream agriculture.
Regenified’s purpose is to accelerate the adoption of regenerative agriculture by translating data and intelligence into trusted, unified, and common enablers that power a regenerative economy. To date, our standards have been approved by the largest grocery chains in the world and we have been actively verifying large acres of farmland producing grains, beef, poultry, eggs and fresh produce.
The Role
We are seeking a Learning, Development & Training Specialist to build and maintain high-impact training content for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring Regenified’s verification system is applied consistently, defensibly, and at scale. This role is responsible for creating and maintaining a Verifier Certification Pathway—from entry-level onboarding through advanced coursework—supporting ongoing calibration and competency advancement across our verifier network, both internally at Regenified and across partner organizations.
In this role, you will help translate our standards into consistent real-world practice by developing clear, practical, and scalable training systems, serving as a trusted partner to verifiers, internal teams, and external stakeholders and ensuring they experience clarity, confidence, and high trust throughout their journey with Regenified.
You will be both a hands-on operator and a strategic thinker. Success in this role means building a seamless, high-integrity, scalable experience that supports Regenified’s growth while delivering measurable impact to the communities and systems we serve.
What You’ll Do
Create training content for internal and external stakeholders – Develop clear, structured learning materials (modules, guides, job aids, videos, decks) that improve understanding of standards, workflows, tools, and expectations across the verification ecosystem.
Build and maintain the Verifier Certification Pathway – Design and manage a tiered certification program from entry-level through advanced coursework, including prerequisites, assessments, skill demonstrations, and recertification expectations.
Develop calibration and competency materials – Produce calibration guides and scenario-based training that reduce variance in standard interpretation and strengthen defensibility of scoring and evidence handling.
Maintain training systems and content governance – Establish version control, update cycles, and “single source of truth” training libraries so content remains current and aligned with SOPs and standards updates.
Partner with Verification leadership and field teams – Work closely with Lead Verifiers, Resourcing, and V&C leadership to identify skill gaps, incorporate field feedback, and ensure training supports real operational needs.
Support onboarding and tool enablement – Contribute to onboarding content and enablement for systems and workflows (e.g., Salesforce usage expectations, report quality, file/evidence handling) in coordination with operational owners.
Measure effectiveness and continuously improve – Define simple feedback loops and metrics (completion, comprehension checks, performance deltas) and continuously refine content to improve outcomes and adoption.
Translate complex standards into clear guidance and market-ready content – Convert technical program requirements and verification methodology into easy-to-understand guidance documents, training aids, and stakeholder-facing content that can be leveraged by internal teams and adapted for marketing and partner communications.
What You’ll Bring

Relevant Expertise: Experience designing training programs and learning content for technical, operational, or compliance-driven work—able to build trust with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Functional Strength: 3+ years of experience in learning & development, instructional design, enablement, training operations, or a closely related field (experience in agriculture, auditing, certification, and/or field operations is a plus).
Builder’s Mindset: Thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage environment and enjoys building processes, systems, or teams from the ground up.
Operational Excellence: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in tools such as Salesforce, Google Drive, and Microsoft Suite.
Analytical/Strategic Thinking: Able to identify workflow friction, spot gaps early, and translate issues into clear actions and improvements.
Communication: Ability to explain technical or complex concepts simply, clearly, and with empathy.
Collaboration: Comfortable partnering cross-functionally with Verification, Standards, Resourcing, and other teams to align training to operational reality and program integrity.

Competitive Compensation & Benefits: We offer competitive pay with a base salary with a range of $75000 - $90,000 based on relevant experience and skills , unlimited PTO, and 100% premium coverage for medical/dental/vision (with partial coverage for dependants).
