This is a hybrid opportunity (Candidates are asked to report to our Fort Mill, SC office, 3x per week, Tuesday through Thursday). This is not a fully remote position.

What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in full-stack development
- Strong proficiency in web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js, and Node.js
- Experience with TypeScript
- Experience using AI tools to aid development
- Experience building and maintaining unit and end-to-end tests for full-stack applications
- Experience building CI/CD environments and other forms of automation
- Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration, including the ability to disseminate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Growth mindset: A relentless desire to learn and excel in a tech-driven environment
Even Better
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience using web interface design tools such as Figma to aid in development
- Experience with public cloud offerings such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Experience mentoring other engineers
- Experience implementing web accessibility standards.
- Experience with software monitoring tools such as New Relic or Datadog
- Experience working with web analytics tools like Google Analytics
Compensation
Cash Compensation Range: 80,000 - 120,000
*Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
